Strength Train with Coach HT
We will focus on proper form and alignment, ensuring that your foundation is in place.
Each session will be a fresh new workout focusing on a different part of the body.
Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Chest, Back, Abs, and Cardio.

Late Cancels/Make Up Sessions
After payment has been made, no credits will be issued. A cancellation CAN be made up, however it will be at the discretion of Coach HT. Communication is key!
After NCS Cost: $180 for 4 weeks, or $45 per class, paid in full
