And because I always get asked about what to eat for breakfast, I figured I should share my secret. the Crunk Scramble is my GO TO breakfast because it's high in protein, good for long lasting energy, filling, tasty, and SUPER Quick. I can make this breakfast in less than 10 minutes.

The Crunk Scramble - hands down the best breakfast ever. Over 30g Protein, low fat, and low carbs… however you can easily add either.
Add fat : + avocado, Turkey sausage
Add carbs : + black beans, quinoa
Add toppings : +salsa, banana peppers, jalapeños, etc
